Kurdistan Film Commission Slemani is the newly established non-profit film commission in the Kurdistan region of Iraq. The northern region of Iraq is well-known for its rich history, beautiful landscapes, charming cities, mountains, and vibrant cultural heritage. It is also known for its safety and security. KFO Slemani acts as a liaison between foreign production companies and every aspect of their production on the ground. As a minority nation in the region, we want to put our great locations and talents on the map by promoting this new upcoming destination. We are confident that Kurdistan can play a role in the audio-visual sector in the region and the world.
