2008-07-14 4951
The Tribeca Film Institute recently launched the TFI Sloan Filmmaker Fund in partnership with the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation. It would like to distribute the call for entries to AFCNet members and filmmaking communities so that they may take advantage of this exciting opportunity to secure funding of up to $40, 000 per project. This Fund supports compelling filmmakers (screenwriter, directors and producers) who have projects at any stage of development, production or post-production that has themes or characters broadly relevant to science, technology or mathematics.
It is currently accepting submissions at www.tribecafilinstitute.org/sloan and seeking exceptional
feature-length narrative works of all genres.
